3. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings, and labels.
- Keyboard-first navigation; visible focus states.
- Good colour contrast; text resizes without breaking layout.
- Plain-English content and short sentences for crisis contexts.

- Reduced motion preference respected where practical.
- Automated checks plus manual spot-testing.
4. Accessibility Features
- ⌨️All interactive elements are keyboard reachable in a logical order.
- 🧭“Skip to content” link and clear page landmarks.
- 🗣️Labels, roles, and live regions on status messages.
- 🌓Colour-contrast mindful palettes; future high-contrast toggle.

5. Known Limitations
- Some legacy posts may have missing alt text—being updated progressively.

6. Compatibility & Assistive Tech
We test on current versions of major browsers (Chromium, Firefox, Safari) and aim to support common assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver) and system zoom. Very old browsers may not be fully supported.

Need content in an alternative format, or want to report a barrier? We’ll do our best to help quickly.
8. Escalation & Complaints (Australia)
If we can’t resolve your concern, you can contact:

We’ll cooperate with regulators and follow reasonable recommendations.
9. Continuous Improvement
We continuously review content structure, contrast, link clarity, and form behaviour—especially during high-traffic events. Your feedback helps us prioritise fixes.
